Road Trip USA

This week we are starting a new topic in Year 3/4 - Road Trip USA!

The children will be looking at human and physical landmarks of USA, finding out about the different states, learning the National Anthem as well as designing and making dreamcatchers and totem poles. In guided reading, Mrs Austwick's group will be studying some non-fiction texts based around Native Americans, including finding out about how they lived, what they wore and their beliefs.

In P.E we will be doing tennis, so please remember to come on a Tuesday ready in P.E kit including sensibe footwear (trainers or plimsolls) We hope as the weather starts to warm up to start getting outside for ur PE lessons.
